The Feedback feature lets people in your organization request feedback from colleagues and share feedback with colleagues at any time — outside of Check-ins, 1-on-1s, and review cycles.
Feature Structure
Feedback has four main components.
Feedback requests — Any user can send a feedback request to one or more colleagues, specifying what they want input on. Recipients receive a notification and submit written responses. The requester is notified when a response arrives.
Direct feedback (Give feedback) — Any user can share unsolicited written feedback with a colleague. The sender selects a visibility option at the time of submission: share with the recipient and their manager, or share with the recipient's manager only.
Feedback Dashboard — Accessible by clicking Feedback in the left-hand navigation. Displays all feedback you have received and given. Click ... to the right of any feedback entry and select View full feedback to open the full view.
Feedback as a review resource — Feedback given and received throughout the year is accessible to review writers during performance review cycles via the Resources for Your Review panel.

Configure and manage (Admin)
Key Rules
- Visibility is set at the time of submission and cannot be changed after feedback is submitted.
- Feedback shared with only the recipient's manager is not visible to the recipient.
- HR admins can access all feedback across the organization only if an Account Admin enables this in Feedback feature settings. See Configure HR admin access to feedback.
- Feedback is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages.
- All roles — employees, managers, and admins — can request and give feedback.
