Filter and explore HR outcome data in the Dashboard tab

The Dashboard tab organizes HR outcome data into three interactive components: Filters, Outcome Tiles, and Data Insights. Use them together to move from a company-wide view to specific employee segments and trend analysis.

Before You Begin

  • You must have Account Admin or HR Admin access, or have been granted individual access to the HR Outcomes Dashboard.
  • The dashboard requires populated data from engagement surveys, performance review cycles, and/or HRIS termination records. See Learn how to populate the HR Outcomes Dashboard with data.

Steps

Apply filters

  1. Navigate to Insights > Dashboard - Outcomes Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the filter controls at the top of the Dashboard tab.
  3. Click the Groups filter to narrow results by manager teams or departments.
  4. Click the Attributes filter to segment by employee attributes such as tenure or gender.
  5. Click the Outcomes filter to isolate segments such as high performers or disengaged employees.
  6. Select a time range to limit data to the last 7, 30, or 90 days.

Read Outcome Tiles

  1. Review the Engagement tile to see your most recent engagement score and trend chart.
  2. Click Explore latest campaign on the Engagement tile to open detailed campaign results, key drivers, and heatmaps.
  3. Review the Performance tile to see a snapshot of performance designation distribution.
  4. Click Explore this data on the Performance tile to open the Performance Designation Report.
  5. Review the Turnover tile to see month-over-month termination trends.
  6. Click Explore this data on the Turnover tile to open the Performance & Turnover Insight report.

Analyze Data Insights

  1. Scroll below the Outcome Tiles to the Data Insights section.
  2. Select an insight tile to analyze cross-metric trends. Available tiles include:

- Objectives status — goal progress and alignment over time - Performance and Turnover — turnover rates by performance tier - Top performers and engagement — engagement scores among highest-rated employees - Engagement — organization-wide engagement trends over time - Top performers and pulse — Check-in morale trends for top performers - Pulse — overall employee morale trends over time

  1. Apply or adjust filters (Steps 3–6) to update all tiles simultaneously for a specific segment.

Data Insights tiles are blank after filtering Confirm the filtered segment has enough participants to meet the minimum threshold for display Broaden the filter criteria or remove one filter to increase the population size
"Explore" links do not load the report Confirm your role has access to the linked report type Contact your Account Admin to verify report-level permissions
