Access 15Five Academy via your 15Five account settings. When complete, the Academy opens in a new browser tab and displays role-based learning options.
Before You Begin
- You must have an active 15Five account. See Access 15Five for the first time if you have not yet signed in.
Steps
- Log in to your 15Five account.
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select 15Five Academy from the dropdown menu.
- In the Academy, select your role: Employee, Manager, or Admin.
- Select a learning method from the options available for your role (see role-specific options below).
Learning Methods by Role
Employees
- Employee Product Courses — Guided courses focused on specific areas of the 15Five platform.
- Live & On-Demand Employee Training — Live or recorded core platform training hosted by the Product Training team.
Managers
- Manager Product Courses — Guided courses focused on specific areas of the 15Five platform.
- Live & On-Demand Manager Training — Live or recorded core platform training hosted by the Product Training team.
- Microlearning — Bite-sized, research-backed video courses designed to build manager effectiveness. Available only to organizations on the Total Platform package. See Microlearning — Feature Overview for details.
Admins
- Admin Product Courses — Guided courses focused on specific areas of the 15Five platform.
- Live On-Demand Admin Training — Live and recorded trainings hosted by the Product Training team.
- Learning Paths — Collections of courses organized by pricing plan (Engage, Perform, or Total Platform).
What Resolution Looks Like
The Academy opens in a new browser tab. After selecting your role, the learning method options for that role appear on screen.
If Something Goes Wrong
