Access results for a past performance review cycle

Use these steps to find and open your results from a completed performance review cycle. When complete, your review summary — including all answers shared with you — is visible on screen.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Before You Begin

  • Your review cycle must have ended. Results from active cycles are not accessible via this path.
  • You must have been a participant in the review cycle.

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Scroll to the Ended review cycles section at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click the name of the review cycle you want to view.
  4. Click your name on the cycle's Overview page.

- Your review summary opens, showing all answers shared with you in that cycle. - Use the tabs at the top to filter answers by review type (Self, Manager, Peer, or Upward).

  1. Click the My Results tab at the top of the screen to view in-depth results.

- This tab contains three sections: - Summary — shows the number of review writers per review type, answer highlights, question and answer counts, and answer distribution for company values (if included). - Questions & Answers — shows all questions asked in the cycle and every answer submitted about you for each question. - Competency Assessment — shows your highest-scoring competencies, competencies with the most room for improvement, score distribution, and answers per competency question. This section only appears if competency questions were included in your review cycle.

Success state: Your review summary is visible and the My Results tab displays populated data across the sections above.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Ended review cycles section is not visible Confirm the cycle's end date has passed Contact your review admin to verify the cycle has been closed. See Who are my review admins?
Your name does not appear on the Overview page Confirm you were added as a participant before the cycle closed Contact your HR Admin to verify your participation record
Competency Assessment tab is missing Check whether competency questions were included in the cycle template No fix needed — this tab only appears when competency questions were used
My Results tab shows no data Confirm at least one reviewer submitted a response about you Contact your review admin to check submission status for your cycle
