HRIS Connector — Feature Overview

The HRIS Connector links your company's HRIS to 15Five, keeping employee data current through automatic daily sync and manual sync on demand. Account admins can control which employees and fields sync, map group types, and view a full sync history.

Note: If your HRIS is not listed, contact the 15Five Support Team with the name of your HRIS to ask whether it is on the roadmap.

Key Rules

  • Only one HRIS integration can be active at a time. To disconnect or switch integrations, contact 15Five Support.
  • Automatic sync runs every 24 hours at 1 AM UTC. Manual sync is available at any time by rerunning the configuration steps.
  • Inactive employees in your HRIS are excluded from sync automatically — no exclusion filter is required for them.
  • Demographic attributes (salary, gender, ethnicity, birth date, race) are enabled by default for organizations using the HRIS Connector. Only HR Admins and the employee themselves can view these fields.
  • All employee and group data syncs to 15Five by default. Filters applied during configuration control which records are included or excluded.
