The My Actions page is your personal hub for tracking assigned tasks, managing discussions, and flagging blockers — all in one place. Access it by clicking My actions in the left-hand navigation.
Feature Structure
The My Actions page contains up to three sections, depending on your assignments:
- Actions List — your running list of open tasks across all action types
- People List — a sidebar showing your manager and starred 1-on-1 contacts
- Action Plan Status Table — visible only if you have been assigned tasks as part of an Action Plan
Actions List
The Actions List shows all tasks currently assigned to or created by you. There are three types of actions:
- User Actions — tasks you created or that were assigned by your manager or an HR leader
- System Actions — platform-generated tasks such as submitting a review or completing a survey
- Action Plan Actions — tasks connected to a broader company or team initiative
You can toggle between three views at the top of the list — Top Priority, Due This Week, and All — and apply additional filters using Show filters.
People List
The People List appears on the left side of the page. It shows your manager and anyone you have starred on your 1-on-1s page. Clicking a person's name filters the Actions List to show only shared open actions with that person.
From the filtered view, you can open that person's profile or current 1-on-1 agenda using the ... menu in the top-right corner of the Actions List.
Action Plan Status Table
If you have been assigned tasks as part of an Action Plan, an additional section appears at the top of the page. It contains:
- A breakdown of the tasks you own within the plan
- A summary of your progress toward plan completion
- A link to view the full Action Plan
If you are part of multiple Action Plans, use the dropdown next to the title to switch between them.
