If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| Team's tab is not visible | Confirm your account has at least one direct report assigned to you in 15Five | Ask your HR admin to verify your reporting structure in account settings |
| No direct reports appear in the list | Confirm the current reporting period has active Check-ins | Ask your HR admin to confirm Check-ins are enabled and the reporting period is active |
| + icon does not appear next to a person's name | That person has no direct reports assigned to them in 15Five | Ask your HR admin to update the reporting structure for that person |
| Clicking a person's name shows no Check-in | That person has not submitted a Check-in for the current period | No action needed — the Check-in will appear once they submit |
What Success Looks Like
After step 2, the Team's tab displays a list of your immediate direct reports. After step 4, the list expands to show all reports within that person's team. After step 5, the individual Check-in opens showing the person's submitted responses.
