Most reporting tools in 15Five support filtering by department, manager, and other group types. Here's where to find filter options:

  • HR Outcomes Dashboard — Filter controls appear at the top of each insight card. Filter by department, location, manager, or any custom attribute configured in your account.
  • Performance Ratings+ — Use the filter bar above the ratings table to filter by review cycle, department, or manager.
  • Objectives Reports — Filter by owner, group, status, or time period from the filter panel on the Objectives dashboard.
  • Check-in Reports — The Check-ins Metrics Report and Answers Report support filtering by manager hierarchy, group, and individual.
  • Custom Reports — Choose any combination of filters when building a custom report. Department and manager filters are available for all data types.
Note: Managers can only filter within their own reporting hierarchy. Organization-wide filtering requires Account Admin or HR Admin access.
