Understanding reporting access

Reporting access in 15Five is role-based. What you can see depends on your account role (Account Admin, HR Admin, manager, or employee) and, in some cases, additional permissions like Global Viewer access or engagement results visibility levels.

For a full breakdown of which reports each role can access, see Reporting permissions by role in 15Five.

For guidance on building cross-feature reports, see Understand Custom Reports in 15Five.

Key Rules

  • Most CSV exports are available from the reporting section of each feature, or from the Custom Reports page.
  • Managers can only export data for their direct report hierarchy — not the entire organization.
  • Account Admins see organization-wide data in most reports. Global Viewer permissions expand Check-in visibility specifically.
  • Engagement survey exports respect the confidentiality threshold — individual responses are never identifiable below the threshold.
