High Fives is a peer recognition feature in 15Five. Employees and managers send recognition to colleagues, optionally tagging company values. Admins configure settings, manage integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, and access reporting.
Key Rules
- Any employee can send a High Five to one or more colleagues.
- Company value hashtags are optional but must be configured by an admin before they appear as options.
- High Fives can be sent from the High Fives Feed, Check-ins, Slack, or Microsoft Teams; the in-app surfaces need no setup, while Slack and Microsoft Teams each require their own integration.
- Only the sender can edit or delete a High Five after it is submitted.
- Admins and managers can pull custom reports and filter the High Fives feed; individual employees cannot access reporting.
