Options for downloading data

15Five understands the importance of reporting for all levels and roles in 15Five. We have many reporting options, some of which are more customizable than others. We are continually working to improve reporting capabilities and functionality. Here are the reporting/export options that we have in place to date. Pay attention to who can pull each report.


Company exports

Export 15Five profiles

Contains information from each person's current profile and combines all information into one download; all emails, due days, reviewers, timezones, etc.

Export company data

Exports ALL Check-in questions and answers for everyone who has been active or is currently active in 15Five.


Reviews exports

Best-Self Review® progress report 

The link above is an in-app link to 'Reviews' page- you need to navigate to the applicable cycle from there.

Pulls a report containing all participants, submission statuses, answers, comments, ratings, etc for a given review cycle.


Reporting exports

You can run reports on information that you have permission to view in-app.

Global viewers can see all data (in Dashboards + Widgets) and all content (in Reports).

Account administrators can see all data (in Dashboards + Widgets) and content for people whose Check-ins they have permission to view (in Reports).

Reviewers can see data (in Dashboards + Widgets) and content for people whose Check-ins they have permission to view (in Reports).

1-on-1 stats are available to global viewers, account administrators, and reviewers via Reporting. 1-on-1 content (talking points, action items, and notes) are not available via Reporting because 1-on-1s are private to the two participants only.

Check-ins dashboard

Provides Pulse data, reporter submission data, and reviewer review rate data that match the chosen filters; one widget and report for each of the aforementioned topics.

  • This dashboard is available for account administrators and reviewers only.
  • Account administrators can see Check-in engagement data for all reporters. Account administrators can see content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. Reviewers can see Check-in engagement data and content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view.

Pulse dashboard

Contains all Pulse #s that match the chosen filters; not to be confused with Pulse comment visibility. Also includes Pulse Answers and Pulse Metrics reports.

  • This dashboard is available for account administrators and reviewers only.
  • Account administrators can see Pulse data for all reporters. Account administrators can see Pulse content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. Reviewers can see Pulse data and content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. 

Questions dashboard

Contains data on optional and required answer rates and answers to questions that match the chosen filters. Also includes Questions Answers and Questions Metrics reports.

  • Account administrators can see Questions data for all reporters. Account administrators can see Questions content (answers) for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. Reviewers can see Questions data and content (answers) for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. 

Priorities dashboard

Contains all carried over and completed rates for Priorities that match the chosen filters. Also includes Priorities Answers and Priorities Metrics reports.

  • Account administrators can see Priorities data for all reporters. Account administrators can see Priorities content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. Reviewers can see Priorities data and content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view.

Note

The following Objectives dashboard and reports contain only data and content for public objectives. If you would like to view objectives whose visibility is other than public, you can view them from the 'All objectives' page (assuming you have permission to view them).

Objectives widget & report: Status

Provides a break down of all public objectives and their latest status for the given time frame; at risk, behind, on track.

  • Account administrators and reviewers can see data and content for all public objectives. 

Objectives widget & report: Ownership

Displays additional metrics regarding public objectives around who owns objectives, how many they own, and what the status of each of these owned objectives is.

  • Account administrators and reviewers can see data and content for all public objectives.

Objectives widget & report: Alignment

Shows the correlation between all aligned and unaligned objectives for the given time frame.

  • Account administrators and reviewers can see data and content for all public objectives. 

Trends

Contains all answers to quantitative questions to track how a company, group, or individual are answering a certain question over time.

  • Account administrators can see Trend data AND content for all reporters. Reviewers can see Trend data AND content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view.

Polls

Contains all answers to a one-time, quantitative question.

  • This report is available for account administrators and reviewers only.
  • Account administrators can see Polls data AND content for all reporters. Reviewers can see Polls data AND content for anyone whose Check-ins they have permission to view. 

Custom reports

Provides answers to the custom criteria that you enter; options include How are you feeling?, Priorities, Questions, High Fives, and Objectives and Key Results

  • This report is available for all roles. The extent of visibility will depend on your role as an account administrator, reviewer, or reporter. Additionally, whose Check-ins you have permission to view will affect these reports. 

Additional exports

Export Objectives as a CSV

The link above is an in-app link to the 'All objectives' page.

Allows you to filter all objectives, display and download the objectives that match the search criteria. Use the 'Export as CSV' button.

API integration

Want to export your data through our 15Five Public API so you can import this into your own HR system or reporting system? You can set up API tokens through your dashboard to report on answers, objectives (including historical progress reporting), questions, reports, etc.
