If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |
|---|---|---|
| eNPS does not appear in the Add survey list | Confirm you are logged in as an Engagement Admin | Ask your account admin to verify your role in account settings |
| eNPS questions are missing from the launched campaign | Confirm eNPS was added before the campaign was finalized | Clone the campaign, add eNPS, and relaunch — see Make Changes to an Active Engagement Campaign |
| Total Engagement template does not include eNPS automatically | Confirm you selected Total Engagement with Predictive Impact, not a custom template | Return to the Surveys step and add eNPS manually using step 3 above |
