The Metrics report shows priority completion rates, carryover trends, and Check-in behavior for individuals and groups. Download it as a CSV or XLSX for offline analysis.
Before You Begin
You must have access to Check-ins reporting.
The Priorities Dashboard must be open. See for navigation steps.
Only submitted Check-ins appear in this report. Drafts and current-period priorities are excluded.
Steps
On the Priorities Dashboard, scroll to the Individual metrics or Group metrics table at the bottom of the page.
Click See metrics at the bottom of either table.
Apply the People, Check-in frequency, Time frame, or Priority status filters to narrow results.
Open the View by filter in the top-right corner of the report.
Select Individual or Group type.
Click Download.
Select CSV or XLSX.
