The HR Outcomes Dashboard is an interactive reporting tool that gives Account admins and executives a single view of four organizational outcomes: Manager Effectiveness, Engagement, Performance, and Turnover.
Feature Structure
The dashboard consists of four Outcome Scorecards. Each scorecard draws on a different data source in 15Five.
| Scorecard | Data source |
|---|---|
| Manager Effectiveness | Manager Effectiveness Indicator (MEI) — weighted combination of behavioral data and assessment scores |
| Engagement | Engagement Score (from engagement campaigns) or Average Pulse (from Check-ins) |
| Performance | Performance designations sourced from Performance Ratings+ or a manager review question |
| Turnover | Termination data synced from a connected HRIS |
Each scorecard displays in an empty state until relevant data exists in your 15Five account. The more outcomes data your organization collects, the more complete the dashboard becomes.
Note: Scorecards populate independently. A missing data source for one scorecard does not affect the others.
What You Can Do
Configure the dashboard
Populate the dashboard with data
- Connect your HRIS to 15Five — syncs turnover data and demographic attributes to the Turnover Scorecard
- Create an engagement campaign — populates the Engagement Scorecard and the Manager Effectiveness Scorecard (when the Manager Effectiveness Survey is included)
- Create and launch a manual review cycle — populates the Performance Scorecard and the Manager Effectiveness Scorecard (when upward reviews with the Manager Effectiveness question template are included)
