Track manager review rates using the Reviewed Check-ins report

The Reviewed Check-ins report shows the number and percentage of submitted Check-ins that managers have reviewed. Account admins see data for the entire organization. Managers see data for their managerial hierarchy only.

Before You Begin

  • Access to Check-ins Reporting is required. This is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages.

Report Fields

Note: Check-ins are counted as unreviewed as soon as they are submitted. A Check-in remains unreviewed until a manager explicitly marks it as reviewed.
Field Description
Reviewer Name of the manager responsible for reviewing at least one direct report's Check-ins
# of direct reports Number of direct reports assigned to the reviewer
Reviewed Check-ins Count of reviewed Check-ins out of total submitted Check-ins
Avg review rate Average percentage of submitted Check-ins that were reviewed
Submitted Check-ins by team Count of Check-ins submitted by the reviewer's direct reports out of total Check-ins created for those direct reports
Avg submission rate Average percentage of Check-ins that were submitted
Check-ins with comments Percentage of reviewed Check-ins that had at least one comment from the reviewer
Incomplete Check-ins Count of Check-ins the reviewer has started reviewing but has not yet marked as reviewed
Avg time to review Average time between a Check-in being submitted and the reviewer marking it reviewed
Avg team Pulse Average Pulse score of the reviewer's direct reports
Last seen Time since the reviewer was last active in 15Five (not available in group view)
Check-ins with reactions Percentage of reviewed Check-ins that had at least one emoji reaction from the reviewer

Steps

Access the report

  1. Go to Insights Dashboard (Perform and Total Platform plans) or Reports (Legacy Focus plan) in the left navigation.
  2. Click the Reports tab at the top of the page.
  3. Click Explore in the Check-ins section.
  4. Click Reviewed Check-ins in the top navigation.

Filter and view the report

  1. Select a value in the People filter to scope the report by individual or group.

- By your org — your direct reports and hierarchy - By individuals — all reviewers across the organization - By direct reports — review stats for a specific reviewer's direct reports who are also reviewers - By hierarchy — review stats for all reviewers reporting up to a specific person - By group — review stats for all reviewers within a specific group, organized by group type

  1. Select a value in the Check-in frequency filter to show only Check-ins submitted on a specific cadence: weekly, every other week, or monthly.
  2. Select a value in the Time frame filter to set the date range: last month, last 3 months, last 6 months, last 12 months, or a custom date range.
  3. Check Include active Check-in data to include Check-ins with future due dates or those outside the review threshold.
  4. Select a value in the View by filter (upper-right corner) to break down data by individuals or group types.

Explore, contact, and download

  1. Click any row in the report to open the detail drawer on the right side of the screen.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the drawer and click Contact reviewer or Contact [reviewer]'s reviewer to send a follow-up message from the drawer.
  3. Type your message in the message field.
  4. Click Send email.
  5. To contact one or more reviewers from the report table instead, check the box to the left of each name.
  6. Click Contact at the top of the table.
  7. Type your message and click Send email.
  8. Click Download in the top-right corner to export the report.
  9. Select CSV or XLSX.

If Something Goes Wrong
