Admins can bulk-download results from automatic (lifecycle) review workflows. The download generates a file containing all results for the selected automatic review type.
Before You Begin
- You must have Admin access in 15Five.
- At least one automatic review cycle must have completed results available.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click Automatic reviews.
- Select the automatic review whose results you want to download.
- Click Download all results.
- Review the prompt that appears listing optional additional columns.
- Select any additional columns you want included — this step is optional.
- Click Download.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Download file contains no data | Confirm the automatic review has submitted results | Check review completion status before re-downloading |
| Optional columns prompt does not appear | Confirm the download did not start automatically before the prompt loaded | Reload the page and repeat steps 4–7 |
