Export a person's performance review results

HR admins can export a person's complete performance review history as CSV files. When the export runs, you receive one email per review cycle the person participated in, each containing a CSV of that cycle's results.

> Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see "Reviews" in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.

Required access: Best-Self Review® and Manage People. Available on Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.

Before You Begin

  • You must have HR admin access to export another person's data.
  • The export works for both active and deactivated accounts.

Steps

  1. Click the Settings gear icon in the top-right corner of 15Five.
  2. Select People from the dropdown menu.
  3. On the Manage People page, use the search bar to find the person.
  4. Click the person's name to open their account page.
  5. Scroll to the Export [Name]'s data section at the bottom of the page.
  6. Click Export Best-Self Review® data.

You will receive one email per review cycle the person has participated in. Each email contains a CSV file with that cycle's review results.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
No email received after clicking export Check your spam or junk folder If not in spam, verify your admin email address is correct in Admin > Account Settings, then repeat the export
Person does not appear in search results Check whether the account has been deactivated Use the Status filter on the Manage People page to include deactivated accounts, then search again
Export Best-Self Review® data button is not visible Check whether the person has participated in any review cycles If the person has no review cycle history, no export option appears — confirm cycle participation in the person's profile
You do not see the Export [Name]'s data section Check your role permissions Confirm your account has HR admin access; see Who are my review admins?
