This article orients review admins, cycle collaborators, and managers to all available download types in Best-Self Review® and links to step-by-step instructions for each. Results must be shared and finalized before the download gear icon appears for a participant. See Finalize a participant's review results and Share review results with a review cycle participant. Only review admins and cycle collaborators can access company-wide and multi-cycle downloads. Managers can access downloads scoped to their direct reports.

Key Rules
- The gear icon does not appear for a participant until their results are both shared and finalized.
- Sensitive data (performance ratings and private manager assessments) is excluded from PDF downloads unless explicitly enabled at export time.
- Unshared participants are excluded from PDF downloads unless the Include unshared participants toggle is enabled at export time.
- Progress report downloads reflect submission status only — they are not final results exports.
- The Download button for multi-cycle exports appears only when the Ended review cycle list is visible.
