Download calibration session data

Review admins and cycle collaborators can export calibration session data as a CSV or XLSX file to capture rating changes and calibrated outcomes.

Note: This feature is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages. Only Review admins and Cycle collaborators can access calibration session data.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle you want to access.
  3. Click the Calibrations tab at the top of the page.
  4. Click the name of the calibration session you want to download data for.
  5. Scroll to the Private manager assessment answers section.
  6. Click Download at the top of that section.
  7. Select CSV or XLSX as the file format.

What You'll See When It's Done

The file downloads to your device immediately. The downloaded file contains the fields listed in the Fields in the calibration export section below.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Calibrations tab is not visible Confirm the review cycle has Calibrations enabled Contact your Review admin to enable Calibrations for the cycle
Download button is not visible Confirm at least one calibration session exists for the cycle Create a calibration session — see Clone, edit, or delete a calibration session
Downloaded file is empty Confirm calibrators have submitted ratings in the session Ask calibrators to complete their submissions before downloading
Private manager assessment answers section does not appear Confirm the session includes manager assessment questions Verify session configuration with the Review admin

Fields in the Calibration Export

The downloaded file contains the following fields.

Employee details

  • Employee email
  • First name
  • Last name
  • Employee ID
  • Active groups

Manager details

  • Manager first name
  • Manager last name
  • Manager email

Calibration details

  • Calibration session
  • Is in active session (Yes/No)

Review answers

  • Question
  • Original answer
  • Original answer respondent
  • Original answer timestamp
  • Calibrated answer
  • Calibrated answer contributor
  • Calibrated answer timestamp
