Review admins can bulk-download data from two or more ended review cycles in a single export. The download produces one CSV or XLSX file containing results from all selected cycles.
Before You Begin
- You must have the Review admin role.
- Only ended review cycles appear in the download selection list. Active or draft cycles are not available.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Locate the ended review cycles list.
- Click the Download button at the top-right corner of the ended review cycles list.
- Select either CSV or XLSX as the file format.
- Select the checkbox next to each review cycle you want to include.
- Click Download.
Your browser downloads a single file containing data for all selected cycles.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Download button is not visible | Confirm your account has the Review admin role | Contact your account admin to verify role assignment |
| A review cycle does not appear in the list | Confirm the cycle status is Ended, not Active or Draft | End the cycle before attempting to download |
| File opens with garbled characters | Check whether the correct file format was selected | Re-download and open the matching format (CSV in a text editor or spreadsheet app; XLSX in Excel or Sheets) |
