Download the full progress report for a review cycle

Use this article to download the full progress report for a review cycle. When complete, a CSV or XLSX file downloads to your device containing all participant data, review submission timestamps, questions and answers, and calibration and acknowledgment information.

Before You Begin

Steps

  1. Go to Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle you want to export.
  3. Click Download to the right of the review cycle name.
  4. Select Full progress report from the dropdown menu.
  5. Select your preferred file format (CSV or XLSX).
  6. Select the columns to include in the report.
  7. Click Download.

Your file downloads immediately to your device.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Download button is not visible Confirm your role on this cycle Ask your Review admin to verify your role. See Roles in a performance review cycle.
Full progress report option does not appear in the dropdown Confirm the cycle has passed its start date Download is unavailable before the cycle start date. Check the cycle start date on the Overview tab.
Downloaded file is empty or missing participants Confirm participants have been added to the cycle Go to the Overview tab and verify the participant list. See Add or remove a participant from a review cycle.
Managers cannot see the download option Confirm the manager is viewing their direct reports only Managers can only download this report for their own direct reports, not all cycle participants.
