Performance Ratings+ reports are available within a review cycle's results tab. Downloading this report gives you a file containing performance rating data for all participants.
Before You Begin
- You must have Review admin or Cycle collaborator access to download this report for all participants.
- Managers can download this report for their direct reports only.
- This feature requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
- Results must have been shared with at least one participant before the report is available.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to access.
- Click the Company's results tab.
- Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Performance Ratings+ from the dropdown menu.
- Open the downloaded file in your spreadsheet application.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Performance Ratings+ option does not appear in the dropdown | Confirm the cycle includes Performance Ratings+ as an enabled feature | Contact your Review admin to verify the cycle configuration |
| Download button is not visible | Confirm your role in the cycle — Managers access team results, not company results | Navigate to the Team's results tab instead |
| Report downloads but contains no rating data | Confirm results have been shared with at least one participant | Wait until at least one manager has shared results, then re-download |
What This Report Contains
The Performance Ratings+ report includes the following fields:
- Participant first name, last name, and email
- Manager first name, last name, and email
- Department and job title
- Performance rating label and score
- Review cycle name
