Private Manager Assessment reports contain manager-only responses that are never shared with the employee being reviewed. Access this report from the Additional results tab inside a review cycle.
Before You Begin
- You must have Review admin, Cycle collaborator, or Manager access to the review cycle.
- This feature requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
- Results must have been shared with participants before this report is available to download.
- The Private Manager Assessment must have been enabled in the review cycle.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to access.
- Click the Additional results tab.
- Locate the Private Manager Assessment section on the page.
- Click the Download button within the Private Manager Assessment section.
- Select your preferred file format from the dropdown menu.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Download button is grayed out | Confirm results have been shared with participants | Return to the Overview tab and verify the "Share results" milestone is complete |
| Downloaded file contains no data | Confirm managers submitted Private Manager Assessment responses | Use the full progress report to check Private Manager Assessment submission status per participant |
