The Competency Assessment report shows competency scores for all review cycle participants. Download it from the Company's results tab inside a review cycle.
Before You Begin
- You must have Review admin, Cycle collaborator, or Manager access to the review cycle.
- The Competency Assessment feature must be enabled in the review cycle.
- Results must have been shared with at least one participant before the report is available.
- This feature requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to access.
- Click the Company's results tab.
- Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the page.
- Select Competency Assessment from the dropdown menu.
- Open the downloaded file from your browser or downloads folder.
If Something Goes Wrong

| Competency Assessment is missing from the dropdown | Confirm the cycle was configured with competency questions | Contact your Review admin to verify competency settings in the cycle |
| Download option is greyed out | Confirm results have been shared with at least one participant | Wait until the manager shares results, or share results before downloading |
| Downloaded file is empty | Confirm at least one review with competency answers has been submitted | Re-download after additional reviews are submitted |
| No access to Company's results tab | Confirm your role in this cycle | Ask a Review admin to verify your assigned role |
What the Report Contains
The Competency Assessment report includes the following fields:
- Participant first name, last name, and email
- Manager first name and last name
- Competency name
- Competency score
- Review type (self, manager, additional manager, peer, or upward)
- Review cycle name
The report reflects data at the time of download. Re-download after additional reviews are submitted to capture updated scores.
