Review admins can bulk-download individual participant review summaries as PDFs from a review cycle. The download produces a ZIP file containing one PDF per participant.
Before You Begin
- You must have review admin or cycle collaborator access for the cycle.
- At least one participant must have shared and finalized results for the download to be available.
- Your own personal review is not included in this download. Access it separately from your results page.
Steps
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the review cycle you want to export.
- Click the Company's results tab.
- Click Download.
- Click Download Individual Review PDFs.
- Toggle Include sensitive data on to add performance ratings and private manager assessments not normally visible to the employee.
- Toggle Include unshared participants on to include participants whose results have not yet been shared.
- Click Download to generate and save the ZIP file.
If Something Goes Wrong
