Download Team Results for a Review Cycle (Manager)

Managers can download team performance data from the Team results tab after results have been shared with participants. Downloads are available in spreadsheet and PDF formats.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to Best-Self Review® Reporting.
  • Results must have been shared with participants before these downloads are available.
  • This feature requires the Perform or Total Platform pricing package.

Steps

  1. Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle you want to access.
  3. Click the Team results tab.
  4. Click the Download button in the top-right corner of the page.
  5. Select your desired report from the dropdown menu.

Available Reports

Team CSV/XLSX

Contains questions, answers, and performance ratings for your direct reports.

What's included: Participant email, Participant first name, Participant last name, Manager first name, Manager last name, Respondent first name, Respondent last name, Review type (self, manager, additional manager, peer, or upward), Question text, Question visibility, Question group names, Answer, Optional text answer, Date submitted, Review cycle name, Section of the review the question appeared in, Competency, Competency score, Company value, Performance Rating

Participants CSV/XLSX

Contains a row per participant summarizing ratings and answers across all review types.

What's included: Participant email, Participant first name, Participant last name, Manager first name, Manager last name, Self-review answers, Manager review answers, Additional manager answers, Peer review answers, Performance Rating

Team Individual PDFs

Generates one PDF per direct report. Each PDF contains that participant's complete review results in a formatted, shareable layout.

Note: PDFs are bundled into a single ZIP file when more than one participant is included.

If Something Goes Wrong
