This article walks HR admins through how to download all historical Best-Self Review® results for a person. This report is available for all individuals, including those whose accounts have been deactivated.

Download a person's Best-Self Review® results history
- Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.
- Select 'People' from the dropdown menu.
- You'll land on the 'Manage people' page. From here, use the filters or search bar at the top of the page to search for the person whose settings you want to edit.
- Click a person's name to open their account settings page.
- Scroll to the "Export [Name]'s data" section at the bottom of their account settings page. Here, you can export all Best-Self Review® data for an individual. After clicking Export Best-Self Review® data, you will receive separate emails containing CSV files of review results data for each review cycle the person has participated in.
These reports contain the following information:
The cycle-specific CSV files you receive via email contain the following information:
- Employee first name
- Preferred first name
- Employee last name
- Manager ID
- Manager first name
- Manager last name
- Manager title
- Peer first name
- Peer last name
- Self review submission date
- Peer review(s) submission date
- Manager review submission date
- Shared results date
- Finalized results date
- Self review question(s)
- Self review answer(s)
- Manager review question(s)
- Manager review answer(s)
- Additional manager review question(s)
- Additional manager review answer(s)
