How are you feeling? The Pulse check allows you reflect on your general feeling for the week.
Objectives are long-term goals. Each report, you will be required to update the status of these goals.
Goals & Accomplishments
Goals and Accomplishments are short-term tasks or goals. These can be linked with Objectives to create alignment between short and long-term goals.
Questions are the meat of 15Five. These will be set up by your manager and/or company admin (normally People Ops). Questions drive deeper discussion and connection within teams.
High Fives are where you can recognize a teammate that has been doing great work! This is your opportunity to show appreciation where it is due.
Who can see my 15Five?
15Five visibility varies by company and is set up by company admins. Some teams have complete transparency while other teams may only allow managers to view an individuals' 15Five. To see who has access to view your 15ive, visit this page.
