Engagement Campaign Results — Reports Overview

HR admins and users with assigned engagement results visibility use the Campaign Summary page to access and analyze data after an engagement campaign closes. This article maps the five available reports and links to instructions for each.

Required access: This feature is available on the Engage, Total Platform, and Legacy Perform pricing packages. Access is limited to HR admins and individuals assigned engagement results visibility.

Feature Structure

The Campaign Summary page contains up to five reports. Which reports appear — and what data is visible within them — depends on your results visibility level.

Available Reports

Summary — A snapshot of key engagement metrics and AI-driven Action Plan recommendations.

Engagement — Engagement score, trends over time, and breakdowns by team or group.

Statements — Distribution of participant responses to survey statements. Includes the Predictive Impact Model, which shows how much each statement affects overall engagement.

eNPS — Breakdown of responses to the eNPS question: "On a scale from 0–10, how likely are you to recommend [Organization] as a great place to work?"

Feedback — Open-text responses submitted by survey participants.

Report Visibility by Access Level

Results visibility is assigned per user. The table below shows which reports and data are accessible at each visibility level.

Report Full Limited + Groups Limited
Summary Full visibility Full visibility Full visibility
Engagement Full visibility Limited visibility Limited visibility
Statements Full visibility Limited visibility Limited visibility
eNPS Full visibility Full visibility No visibility

Note: Full visibility includes all groups and demographic segments. Limited + Groups visibility includes your assigned groups only. Limited visibility includes only your direct reporting line or assigned scope, with no cross-group comparison.

Key Rules

  • The five reports on the Campaign Summary page appear only after an engagement campaign closes.
  • Report availability and data scope are determined by the visibility level assigned to your account — not your system role alone.
  • The Predictive Impact Model appears within the Statements report. It is not a standalone report.
  • Visibility configuration is managed by HR admins. To change your visibility level, contact your HR admin.
