This article describes the seven-phase implementation and launch sequence for 15Five account admins. Each phase links to the article where execution happens.
Note: The Getting Started tab in your left-hand navigation mirrors this sequence. It is available for the first 90 days after account creation on Perform and Total Platform plans. After 90 days, use the direct link: https://my.15five.com/resource-hub/onboarding/. See [Why Can't I See the Getting Started Tab?] and [How Long Is the Getting Started Tab Available?] for access conditions.

Key Rules
- The Getting Started tab is available to Account Admin and HR Admin roles only.
- The Getting Started tab requires a Perform or Total Platform pricing plan.
- The tab is visible for 90 days after account creation. After that, access the onboarding hub directly at https://my.15five.com/resource-hub/onboarding/.
- All seven phases can be completed independently — you do not need to complete them in a single session.
- People data must be loaded before engagement campaigns and review cycles are configured, because participant selection and group filtering depend on that data.
